Building on the technology partnership between Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) and Aston Martin, the track only version is powered by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine revving to 11,000rpm. In addition, it uses a unique version of the Valkyrie chassis which is 380mm longer in the wheelbase, 96mm wider in track at the front, and 115mm at the rear. A new aerodynamic package also adds 266mm length to double the downforce in comparison to the Valkyrie.

Weight savings have also been gained through the new ultra-lightweight carbon fiber bodywork, Perspex windscreen, and the deletion of the battery-electric hybrid system.
More details of the Valkyrie AMR Pro’s specification and performance will be released later this year, but with a target lap time around the 8.5-mile 24 Hours Le Man’s circuit of 3 minutes 20 seconds – the Valkyrie AMR Pro is on par to challenge the front running LMP1 cars for the win at Le Mans.
